Job Introduction

We are looking for an Office Team Leader to join our Rapport team, based in one of our clients' sites in Birmingham. Our Client is a Fortune Global 500 company, and excellence and creativity are the norm every single day.

_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis from 7 AM to 7 PM, as per business needs._

Main responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for all employees, contractors, clients, and other visitors
  • Managing, developing, and running the office, ensuring an outstanding and unique experience for employees and their clients is delivered
  • Overseeing the Rapport Ambassadors and all temporary staff, carrying out their inductions, training, and performance reviews
  • Liaising with different clients, and facilitating their projects, meetings and events by booking meeting rooms, offices, catering, etc.
  • Liaising with vendors and other contractors on maintenance and AV calls and issue resolution as required
  • Assisting clients with any other requests, such as Health and Safety, building management, etc.
  • Anticipating project needs, discerning work priorities, and meeting deadlines

  • Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment)
  • Be confident in stakeholder management, including client, the team, and peers
  • Have a positive, vibrant personality, acting with integrity and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Possess excellent organisation skills, a cando attitude, and a passion for delivering high standard service
  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
