The successful candidate will:

Be an excellent, experienced teacher who is motivated to teach engaging lessons that will stimulate and challenge students.Be able to lead a large department and challenge colleagues and students to fulfil their potential Have expert knowledge both of the subject and the Curriculum. Be a passionate, determined team player who is able to reflect on their own practise Be able to, plan and deliver effective and high-quality lessons to all key stage groups, maximising student progress.
