We are excited to offer an AV and IT Support Technician on-site position to an entrepreneurial new member of our growing London team.

You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, decide quickly, and give you high levels of responsibility.

You are familiar with different IT/AV systems and technologies. You understand how to transform business needs into technical requirements. Naturally, you have a "can do" attitude and you take pride in building rather than preserving.
Your Mission - Provide timely technical support for end users, addressing hardware and software issues, according to the specifications by Group IT

  • Organize and administer IT hardware and software support
  • Purchase, set up, and distribute IT equipment while continuously managing IT assets (experience with MDM
  • Jamf is a plus)
  • Manage meeting room equipment for video conferencing
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to execute premium inhouse events: town hall, highlevel/management meetings
  • Perform monthly maintenance and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve audio and video issues promptly Log Incidents, and work closely with vendors for equipment issues, parts replacements, etc. (Logitech, Google Chromebox, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Supports and manages specific On IT systems administration and configuration tasks
  • Collaborate with the Application Support / 2nd Level teams and external vendors/partners
  • Supports a fully cloudbased IT landscape and expanding crossfunctional technology integrations
  • Perform/ fulfil Jira Service Management Requests and Incidents within the agreed SLA aiming for excellent customer satisfaction. Your Story 4+ years of handson experience in AV and On-Site IT technical support and customerfacing environment
  • Proficiency with Apple products and troubleshooting abilities
  • Solid knowledge of service desk and ticket management systems and workflow
  • Audio Visual administration and troubleshooting knowledge: Google Environment, Logitech, and Zoom are a plus.
  • Passionate to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in an agile and fastpaced environment
  • Good understanding of information security and compliance practices as well as networking technologies (LAN/WAN, wireless)
  • Communicative, solutionoriented, and trustworthy personality with a great sense of responsibility, proactive responsiveness, and an independent and goaloriented approach to work
  • Good timemanagement skills and ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution Meet The Team You will help improve the overall IT system landscape of On which consists of a unique cloud based infrastructure.
