We're seeking an enthusiastic Advisor to join our HR Team at the HCPC.

In this position, you'll have the chance to offer practical solutions to people-related challenges with the guidance of experienced HR professionals.

A genuine interest in personal growth and a willingness to work innovatively and cooperatively with others are essential qualities for success in this role.

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the HRBP to help the HCPC reach its strategic goals, including implementing the vision outlined in the 5-Year People Strategy.

By closely collaborating with the HR Team members, you'll contribute to various HR activities such as recruitment, delivering HR trainings, employer branding, employee relations, and payroll.

Your assistance will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our People Strategy and fostering positive change within the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong generalist with a business mindset, ideally CIPD or relevant qualification
  • Proven experience as a credible highly skilled business partner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in HR advisory roles, payroll administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, and operational tasks
  • Proven ability in HR processes/procedures including employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound understanding of HR policies, processes, procedures, and legislation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and seek advice when necessary
  • Flexible, adaptable, and inclusive in nature
