Duties

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or dementia care
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
