• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experienced in both Residential and Commercial Property is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of property law DAY TO DAY
• Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release: plus some Commercial property matters too.
• Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
• Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
• Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
• Completing title checks.
• Managing clients.
• Raising enquiries.
