Job Description: Junior Business Analyst in Wolverhampton/Birmingham

• Act as a customer proxy for the development team during the product development cycle
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for developers
• Evaluate EPICs and user stories in development reviews
• Develop in-depth knowledge of core Risk Solved products
• Assist the Product Manager in aligning customer needs with the product roadmap
• Create mock-ups and test plans to support user stories
• Define functional requirements
• Build strong relationships with the project team
• Participate in client workshops to document and clarify requirements

Requirements:

• Insurance background
• Attention to detail
• Experience working with business teams
• Knowledge of the general insurance market is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA is beneficial
