Location: Wrexham (4 days) and Chorley, Lancashire (1 day).

Acepark Group: a leading name in commercial property and asset management in the UK, with decades of industry experience, a significant presence in the commercial and industrial property market, and a vast real estate portfolio spanning over 15 million sq ft.

  • Administer main contract conditions and prepare contractual notices promptly.
  • Price and agree on contract variations efficiently.
  • Demonstrate good contract knowledge at Preconstruction Stage.
  • Achieve timely final account agreements and maintain strong relationships.
  • Understand site progress and provide cost advice, influencing project decisions.
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by the Commercial Manager.

Requirements:

  • JCT contract knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in managing commercial team members.
  • 25 Holidays per year plus UK bank holidays.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm working hours.
