As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Duties:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Generating sales leads and opportunities through outbound calls and followup on marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
