In the last 2 years, our sales have evolved from a B2B customer base to multiple online retail channels driven by an ever-growing demand for quality French food.

As a Commercial Assistant, you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to establish our brand "BonneBouffe" as a recognised name for quality online French groceries.


The role requires you to be both organised and hands on to manage a great variety of tasks working closely within a small team.

You will be involved with all aspects of sales and procurement from customer support to third party logistics and suppliers.

This is all part and parcel of building a strong understanding of our operation, in time you will get the opportunity to develop your career, we do encourage continuous learning and pride ourselves on promoting from within.

Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing sales ordering process for wholesales customers
  • Providing customer support
  • Establishing professional relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Purchase and stock management of packaging supplies
- resolving all issues arising with shipping (deliveries, returns )
- liaising with and assisting the packing team through our shipping management system.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to details
  • A keen interest and understanding of French food is paramount
  • French speaker an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of written English
  • Dynamic team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30/40 per week

£11.00 per hour
