What does the role involve?

Reporting to our Customer & Business Support Manager, as a Customer Experience Executive some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking all required agreement in-life customer service activities (e.g. early terminations, refunds, credit balances, reschedules, unwinds)
  • Handling customer and supplier queries effectively, including incoming telephone calls and correspondence
  • Providing inlife support on all Mitsubishi HC Capital products including invoicing and maintenance payments to vendor partners
  • Assisting your team with managing customer complaints
What are we looking for?

  • A selfmotivated team player with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset
  • Ability to execute tasks according to defined procedures, analyse data but also work on your own initiative and be proactive and confident in challenging situations when necessary.
  • A background within asset finance is an advantage, however, full training will be provided
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or Finnish language (or another European language) would be an advantage
