Software Engineer - Solutions Integration Engineer
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer/Solutions Integration Engineer has arisen with our client on a permanent basis. The role is based in Felixstowe, and the postholder will be required in the office 3 to 4 days per week, so must

be a commutable distance.
In this business-critical role, the role holder will have the opportunity to create design solutions that champion the customer requirements through the full product delivery lifecycle and get to witness first-hand how the product makes valued difference

to operationally.

The designs created would underpin the strategic imperative to modernise, centralise and standardise all systems to enable flexibility and scalability against future demands.

Key Requirements
Define integration strategies, methods and plan in accordance with agreed timescales
Lead and champion customer workshops to navigate and mature understanding of technological options that could meet business challenges.
Translate complex requirements into simplified design solutions.
Design test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to requirements
Work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure that work is completed within the agreed

Required skills and experience:
Requirements management and solution designs that are security compliant
A software development background- this role would suit an experienced software Engineer/Developer who is keen to move into more of a solution design/integration role
Experience of managing a team in relation to a project would be advantageous but not essential
ITIL Foundation level or equivalent recognised IT service provision qualification desirable
Knowledge of Cloud & Oracle application
