Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

As a Shift Leader at Jollie's Barn, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees during your assigned shift.

Your role will involve ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations during your shift, including opening or closing procedures
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise
  • Assist with hands on duties such as coffee making, serving food or other tasks as necessary to support the team
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Barn or kitchen area
  • Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives or improvements

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of catering and hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills

Job Types:
