Role Overview

Leading the commercial teams, managing and ensuring compliance with commercial accounts, and fostering customer relationships for optimal account management.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting monthly on the current commercial position in Management board meetings, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing cash flow, WIP invoicing, and maintaining commercial elements per customer agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Managing Director to develop strategic growth plans for Svella Connect.
  • Coordinating long-term plans and annual budgets for commercial areas, identifying focus areas and drivers for profitable growth.
  • Overseeing the commercial forecast process and providing insights to achieve financial targets.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong financial experience in senior level financial planning, commercial finance, or accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and analytical techniques and ability to interpret critical business issues.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and factors influencing business.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management skills, and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word.
