This position requires someone with prior housekeeping experience and BICs training (British Institute of Cleaning Science) to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.


Job Title:
Temporary Housekeeper

Duration:
Temporary role from 2nd May to 31st May.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 am 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am 4:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am 4:00 pm
  • Sunday: 8:00 am 4:00 pm

Location:
Leamington Spa, CV32

Rate:
£11.44 per hour plus holiday pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitising surfaces.
  • Clean and restock bathrooms with supplies.
  • Ensure all rooms are tidy and organized according to company standards.
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is required.
  • BICs training (British Institute of Cleaning Science) is preferred.
  • DBS is also required.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Flexibility to work the specified schedule including Sundays during the specified period.
