Description
Reporting into the Management Accountant, the Accounts Assistant will have the following duties:

  • Creating accounts for new customers / suppliers
  • Inputting of sales invoices/purchase invoices
  • Dealing with customer receipts
  • Managing all of the invoice queries and ad hoc accounts queries
  • Observing and complying with VAT regulations/company procedures
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

  • Is studying a finance qualification/ has a finance related degree
  • Has experience in a similar role
- not essential

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work in a team
