Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a number of Property Inspectors for our client based in the heart of Nottingham.

These roles are expected to start in April and last for around 6 months.

Previous experience within the property industry is highly desirable, however applicants from a similar background from other industries may be considered.

The hourly rate is £12.82ph and you will be working 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties:

  • Deliver department KPI's around volume, deadlines, profit and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs.
  • Conduct property inspections across our clients portfolio of rental properties.
  • Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties
  • Sourcing contractors within the Nottingham area, both quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.
  • Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections.
  • Carry out spot checks and provide support to our Property Managers across the business
  • Ensuring positive client feedback at all times.

Skills/experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role within the property industry would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and customer facing skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, reacting to issues as and when they arise
  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively manage your diary, ensuring you maximise your time and resources
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
