Role Description

This position offers a full-time hybrid opportunity as a Plant Operator at Setsquare Recruitment in Launceston. The Plant Operator will oversee daily plant operations, quality control, machine maintenance, and forklift tasks. There is also flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Plant Operations, Machine Operation, and Forklift Operation
  • Demonstrated experience in quality control and maintenance
  • Capability to adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a secure work environment
  • Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork aptitudes
  • Prior involvement in the construction or civil engineering field
  • Preferably certified in forklift operations
  • CPCS Blue Card holder
  • CSCS Card holder
  • ADT essential qualification
