We're looking for a smart, self-starter to join our sporting goods distribution business based in Blackpool, Lancashire.


This maternity leave cover would entail managing and processing orders across various online marketplaces as well as fulfilling and enhancing the customer service experience to customers.

You'll need to be analytical, possess a strong commercial sense and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing paperwork for despatching orders.
  • Manage stock control and price adjustments.
  • Liaising with purchasing on any potential stock shortfalls.
  • Ad hoc administrational duties in the office.
  • Enhancing the customer experience through a high level of customer service.
  • Receiving inbound phone calls and dealing with customers professionally.
  • Delivering great product knowledge.

Person Specifications - Essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
