The OpportunitynAs one of our UK Technical Services Team, you will get the opportunity to work on some of the UK & Europe's most high-profile buildings to create and implement energy saving opportunities.


Since every building and site team is different, the role is very dynamic, and you will be encouraged to use your initiative to find savings and assist the site teams with implementing them.

Additionally, you will be using the EP&T EDGE online platform and algorithms to drive these savings.


You will be working closely with the other members of the UK Technical Services Team and will have opportunities to collaborate with the broader team in Dubai and Australia.

As a Technical Services Engineer you will:nUnderstand building services, and mechanical and electrical systemsnHave the ability to read and interpret schematic and as-built drawingsnHave the ability to see potential energy saving opportunities in buildingsnUnderstand EMS and BMS systems, and utility invoicesnCommunicate with the site team & client to assist them with achieving energy savingsnHave the technical aptitude and the drive and determination to achieve resultsnWork both independently and as a team playernHave working rights for the UKnGerman language capabilities (B+)

Additionally, you will ideally have:
n3 to 5 years experience within the building services industrynFreedom to travel within the EUnMasters/Bachelor of Mechanical EngineeringnFamiliarity with NABERS, and other rating systems
