Patient Experience Assistant

Main duties, tasks & skills required:
You will be based Good Hope Hospital and you will embrace our Trust values of Kind, Connected and Bold.


Your role will be varied and challenging -being able to multitask in an efficient manner whilst maintaining a caring and helpful attitude underpins everything you do.

You will be responsible for the coordination and processing of feedback from our patients and their families. In turn, you will ensure a robust system of cleansing, validation and quality monitoring of patient experience feedback.


In addition, you will facilitate patient and public involvement activities/ events and will work with Trust Colleagues to promote patient experience.

This invaluable insight will ensure first hand that our patients and their families are heard.

equivalent experience in an
