Your new company An innovative financial services company, located in the vibrant city of Brighton, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. They operate from modern offices with a fantastic roof terrace, offering a great working environment. As a leading player in the industry, they boast almost a century of expertise and have a sizable workforce of around 4000 employees in the UK.

Your new role Joining the Telesales department, your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to various businesses and scheduling appointments for the Field Sales Team to pursue new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging in high-volume outbound calls (100+ daily)
  • Updating CRM systems and coordinating appointments
Calls will mainly focus on following up on leads, online quotations, and inquiries, as well as reconnecting with past clients. Comprehensive training on financial products and continuous on-the-job guidance will be provided. You will be working towards realistic targets, which will progressively escalate with your tenure. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will revolve around booked appointments, conversion rates, and call volume. This role mandates your presence in the office for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

What you need to succeed To excel in this role, you should possess prior B2B sales experience, preferably in a telesales role or within the financial sector. Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building relationships are essential. This full-time office position requires you to reside conveniently close to central Brighton. A resilient and target-oriented approach is pivotal, given the sales-driven nature of the job.
