We are excited to announce our latest job opening Our client is a Corporate Finance Advisory, seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience as Associates in the field of corporate finance.

The ideal candidate should have expertise and interest in energy transition and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferredn
  • Minimum 35 years' relevant work experience (M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Debt Advisory, Risk) from a Corporate Finance Advisory, Boutiques, Big 4, other relevant institutions.n
  • Strong understanding of M&A transactions related to renewable energy projects or other similar industries.n
  • Proven record working within the financial sector particularly on complex deals within project financing.n
  • Experience developing pitch books, company profiles, and investor presentations.n
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing corporate finance activities: M&A, Debt Advisory, Capital Raising, Hedging.n
  • Playing a key role across deal origination/execution processes including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, mergers, recapitalizations, restructurings etc that meet clients' business needsn
  • Performing detailed valuation analysis using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF) comparable companies precedent transactions sumoftheparts analyses leveraging Excelbased modelsn
  • Coordinating due diligence procedures drafting Information Memoranda teasers management presentations proposals term sheets letters of intent purchase agreements among othersn
  • Being responsible for managing daytoday aspects / workflow throughout transaction phases liaising frequently with internal external stakeholders from junior team members up through Clevel executives at each organization involved .
