The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.


Summary of position:


Primarily responsible for maintaining the supplier order books and ensuring that the MRP system is updated and maintained on the daily basis and other administration support.


Main responsibilities:


Working with the purchasing & programmes team to ensure that information flows between HerouxDevtek and the Supplier, management of supplier order books and ensuring that the information is loaded/updated via the MRP system so that other departments are made aware of any changes.

You will also be required to perform other administration duties.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Maintaining order book reviews internal and external
  • Attend production meeting to discuss delivery dates.
  • IT skills, MS Office in particular, MS Word and MS Excel
Hours of work

We are look for a person to work approx. 15hrs per week, i.e. (5 hours per-day), Tuesday through to Thursday with some flexibility with start times.
