Our client is a leading social policy software and analytics company working across the council, government, housing and community sectors.

They're now looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their growing team as Customer Account Executives

Customer Account ExecutivePackage:

Customer Account ExecutiveRole:

As a Customer Account Executive you will be managing a portfolio of clients, specifically overseeing Citizens advice and housing provider clients, and also supporting the sakes team with prospecting new business

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Support customers through the onboarding and training processes
  • Feed customers testimonials to the Sales and Marketing team, and escalate any queries
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine prospects' potential objectives, and potential
  • Objections
  • Build and cultivate relationships by setting up meetings for the sales team and managing user demos/trials
  • Conduct followup communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Work with the wider sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline

Customer Success ExecutiveRequirements**:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and proactive
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small)
