Working hours: Monday – Friday – DAYS
Salary: £36,400
My client, a well established Waste & Recycling Company based in Bristol is actively seeking to recruit a Welder / Handyman for their depot.
The main responsibilities:
Welding, cleaning, inspecting, fuelling and preparation of Plant, Vehicles & Tools and to assist with general yard duties, such as keeping the yard in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
The client is prepared to offer:
The successful Welder / Handyman will be given the opportunity to develop their skill set and train to maintain plant machinery. Must be prepared to work outside in all weathers. You will need the ability to prioritise duties and communicate effectively with customers and your fellow members of staff.
The successful Person needs the following:
- Basic Weldding ability
- Full high vis (head to toe, so jacket and pants needed)
- Hard hat
- Safety Goggles
- Gloves
- Work boots
- CSCS card
