Reporting directly into the IT Director your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

User Management :
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications

nLaptop Management :
Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company laptops, ensuring all devices are up-to-date and secure

nServer Management :
Maintain and optimise the server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing monitoring

nNetwork Management :
Ensure the reliability and security of the network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

nSAM Management :
Handle Software Asset Management (SAM) tasks, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimising software usage

nAnti-virus Management :
Implement and manage anti-virus solutions to protect the company's digital assets from malware and other threats.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

nExpert level knowledge of Windows systems administration.nExperience with Microsoft Exchange management.nProficiency in Microsoft SQL Server administration.nExpertise in multi-layered network design and management.nCompetence in administering Microsoft 365 environments.nExperience with SAN management, specifically PowerStore .


nPrevious experience in software management and licensingnDesirable:
nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems.nExperience with Ubiquiti network devices and solutions.nRelevant certification i.e. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
