The Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Solicitor to join their dedicated Criminal Law team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about criminal defence, possess exceptional advocacy skills, and be able to manage a diverse caseload.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm working the Central London Circuit.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients at police stations, ensuring their rights are protectednProvide expert legal advice and representation in Magistrates' Courts and Crown CourtsnHandle a varied caseload of criminal matters, from minor offenses to serious crimesnConduct thorough case research, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentationnAdvocate on behalf of clients during trials, hearings, and bail applications
