My client is looking for a driven and experienced self-employed mortgage advisor to join their team in Macclesfield. In this position, you will offer expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them find tailored mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, ensuring a clear grasp of their financial situation and objectives.
  • Assist clients throughout the mortgage application process, offering guidance and expertise.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, building trust and showcasing your services.
  • Stay informed about mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory updates to give precise and current advice.

Requirements:

  • Certified mortgage advisor with relevant qualifications (e.g., CeMAP).
  • Demonstrated experience as a mortgage advisor, ideally in a self-employed or hybrid setup.
  • Sound understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven with a proactive work approach.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
