Mivan Limited is currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager for high-end interiors projects in London.

Project Manager roles are responsible for co-ordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Develop a project plan and ensure the necessary resources are organised to meet the plan. Develop a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget
Ensure that the project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed.
Monitor the financial performance of the project and take all necessary steps to minimise costs.
Proactively participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution.

Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and that all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications, have a strong joinery background and have extensive joinery management experience on interior fit-out type projects.

Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills along with sound commercial acumen. Competitive salary
