Due to an ever-increasing order book, they are looking for a SIOP Controller to join the business to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and production plans.

SIOP Controller
Job Description
- Sales Forecasting: Support the sales team in analyzing data for accurate forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- Operational Planning: Collaborate with operations teams to align sales forecasts with production plans and procure materials efficiently.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, monitoring external factors that may impact sales and operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stay updated on industry best practices.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace environments is beneficial.
- Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and experience with MRP systems.
- Knowledge of raw materials to support key customer requirements.
