About Our Client:


My client, a leading global firm are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to come on board and join their Accountancy team based in Guildford.


Key Responsibilities are:

  • Reviewing invoices profiled on the electronic approval system
  • Assisting with the on boarding of new vendors, including bank detail verifications
  • Entering credit card statements and expenses onto the AP system
  • Preparing approved invoices for payment
  • Making payments in multiple currencies by BAC's and CHAP's
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Monitoring aged creditor information
  • Reconciling bank statements

The Successful Applicant:

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise key tasks
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Highly numerate
  • Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of 3E would be advantageous
