Responsibilities:
- Manage Motor Claims, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded
- Maintain an efficient diary system for all claims and chase claims as needed
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Acturis
- Provide claims information and reports to the broking department and clients when necessary
- Handle complex claims following group procedures
- Acknowledge new claims to clients and insurers, keeping clients informed for the best claim outcome
- Generate claims MI/claims reports as required
- Attend client meetings and present claims information as needed
- Undertake any additional duties requested by management
- Manage and update personal CPD to keep skills and knowledge current

Experience:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong Commercial Motor Insurance claims handling experience with commercial awareness and understanding of insurance claims procedures
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, applying TCF and KYC methodologies
- Familiarity with Acturis system (preferred but not essential), proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Cert CII qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
