This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our work in preparing for the move to a brand new hospital, to support the Trust's strategic goals and objectives (Patients, People, Population), including the People Plan, and with a specific focus on OD development needed to support the successful transition to a new hospital and new Acute Care Model.

The successful applicant will have a pivotal role in providing OD support to a range of teams who will be preparing to move, including changing working practices and team relationships as they come together from different sites into one new building.

This role will enable you to realise your passion for OD, Leadership and Team Development whilst also helping us realise our culture change ambitions and prepare for a successful move to a new hospital.

You will have an excellent track record of achieving results in a fast paced, large, complex organisation environment; excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills alongside a creative, evidence based approach, and experience providing a range of multidisciplinary leadership and team development.
