Part time 15 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)

Fixed term 18 months

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic physiotherapist to join the cardiorespiratory physiotherapy management team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 7 physiotherapist wanting to further develop their leadership and management skills. Main duties of the job

To undertake your clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.

To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time.

To undertake the comprehensive assessment of paediatric patients, including those with a complex presentation, using very advanced investigative and analytical skills, and clinical reasoning, to formulate individualised management and treatment plans.

To articulate effectively the physiotherapists perspective on the patients condition with medical colleagues and members of the MDT. This may require skilful negotiation when a variety of patient management options are available.
