We are currently collaborating with a well-known construction consultancy firm in London that is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to become part of their expanding team in the city.

Skills and experience required of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Ideally 5 years + experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property market.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant construction or property field.
  • Chartered with the RICS.
  • Prior experience working within Residential, Commercial, or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably in a construction consultancy setting).
  • Negotiation, communication, and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing and presentation.
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level.


Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Engagement in Pre and Post contract services.
  • Attendance at site meetings.
  • Creation of tender documents.
  • Contract Administration.
  • Valuations and Cost Management.
