We are looking to hire our next

Ideally someone with a hospitality background, who is ready to take on the mission of an office-based role to join our team.

What will you be doing as
_Recruitment Assistant - Edinburgh_

  • Comply at all times with all relevant UK and European Immigration and employment laws.
  • Assist with the delivery of further developmental training for our casual team, ensuring a quality learning experience for all attendees.
  • Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets with highquality recruits, as set by the Deputy Recruitment Managers.
  • Accurate and timely completion of all daily and projectbased Recruitment administration in conjunction with the coaching pool, ensuring adherence to all company systems and procedures.
  • Maintain and improve recruitment systems and software to further benefit the department.
What we require from our
_Recruitment Assistant - Edinburgh_

  • Qualified to A level or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English.
  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients.
  • Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks.
  • Exemplary work ethic.
  • Immaculately presented with pride in both appearance and work.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Hospitality frontofhouse experience. Preferably at a supervisory level.
  • Comfortable with public speaking or presenting training to a group
  • Personal Licence and Drivers Licences (Advantageous but not essential)


This is a varied role with excellent development opportunities, so you may be required to work out at events to offer support, advice and valuable feedback to clients and team members in order to further expand your industry knowledge.

Therefore, during our quieter periods, participation in fieldwork will be required.

There may also be a requirement to travel to events outside of
_Edinburgh_ on occasion.
