Your Mission

As the Business Development Director, you will be tasked with the strategic expansion of the company's market share and enhancement of its commercial relationships. This includes conducting thorough market analysis to pinpoint opportunities and threats, developing and executing robust business development strategies, and nurturing pivotal client relationships. You'll lead the charge in identifying new business ventures, including potential mergers and acquisitions, and spearhead innovative product and service development to meet emerging market needs. Collaborating across departments, you'll ensure the seamless integration of business development initiatives with product development, marketing, and operations, all while driving the sales team toward achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Competencies:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a Masters degree preferred.
  2. Demonstrated success in business development within the electrical industry.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of electrical solutions, products, and services.
  4. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strategic relationships.
  5. Strategic thinker with an aptitude for identifying growth opportunities and solving complex problems.
