Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and busy Internal Sales team in Redditch.

You will be working alongside their External Sales Team providing a high-quality service to their customers in a professionalmanner. This will involve managing customer expectations from initial enquiry to delivery and after sales requirements.

Internal Sales Coordinator key responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to manage both their pre and post sales experiences
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships

Manage order fulfilment activities:

  • i.e. processing orders, determining appropriate shipping methods, ensuring correct costs and resale pricing is used
Process customer requests for samples and technical assistance
Monitor orders to ensure on time delivery to customers
Alert customers to shipping issues and delays to orders in advance
Provide price and cost proposals in response to customer requests
Proactively follow up quote activity
Assisting with marketing activities

The successful Internal Sales Coordinator will have:

  • A proven track record in Sales administration/ sales order processing
Strong IT skills and experience of maintaining a customer database
Ability and initiative to be able to work independently and make decisions where needed
Strong time management experience
Account management/ Customer services experience
Experience of working within a busy fast paced sales office.
