Reporting to the Ecommerce / Sales Department Manager, the Sales Coordinator vacancy is a varied and rewarding position.

Unitruck Ltd are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator, who will be one of the primary contacts for a portfolio of circa 200 customers, with a responsibility to ensure good customer communication, customer relations and order processing.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure agreed service standards are provided to individual customers and, where necessary, liaise with the operations and other functional areas to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with regular reports in agreed timescales and where appropriate investigate and report any shortfall/discrepancies highlighted by such reports to the Line Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to contracts outside defined portfolio base, as required.
  • Maintain an uptodate sales / technical knowledge of Unitruck product portfolio.
  • Project a professional impression of the company and act in accordance with the relevant industry code of practice.
Essential Skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence at colleague level.
  • Able to prioritise and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
  • Able to understand and empathise with customer needs whilst balancing their needs with that of the Company.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Salary:
£26,265.00 per year
