Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Concierge to work for Rapport, based at our client's exceptional central London Residences. In this role you will cover the Day time Concierge role at the Client's Fulham residences
The client's ambition is to create exceptional London living for people over the age of 65. Think of a blend of outstanding apartments, with the services of a private members club and a luxury hotel.


With high specification apartments in central locations, residents will benefit from first-class facilities, a like-minded community, hotel-like hospitality and, when needed, highly personalised, discreet care.

The best of what you love about hospitality - this is a varied role, delivering a great experience, but without the demands and job insecurity that can go with traditional hospitality roles. This is a growth sector that is resilient to the impact of the pandemic.


This role requires a flexible approach to the working pattern of a 12 -hour shift (11.5 working hours) based on a 40.25 hour working week.

This operation runs 24/7 and therefore days off will vary week on week. One week you may work 5 days, the next week you may work 2 days depending on business needs.

Key responsibilities of the Concierge
The Concierge will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the consistent service delivery.

You will be working as part of a team that looks after the in-house gym, restaurant, espresso bar, garden, cinema, club room and will ensure that residents enjoy a warm and welcoming home environment.

  • You have a genuine and deeprooted interest in others and enjoy building longterm relationships.
  • You are great listener, show real empathy and have that 'real feel' for how to anticipate the needs of others.
  • You want to take your experience and passion for high end service (possibly, but not necessarily gained in hospitality, travel or retail) and step out of the conventional sectors to be part of creating a new lifestyle choice for the over65s in central London.
