About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing processes that support high quality student and staff experiences of Hartpury University.
  • This is a key role within the Academic Registry team focused on developing, implementing, and reviewing student facing processes.
  • You will use a range of communication methods to provide high quality advice and information to support students and other stakeholders using University processes.

About You:

  • You will be able to communicate complex information, systematically, clearly and confidently, to a variety of audiences.
  • You will have high levels of personal credibility and the intellectual capacity to offer empathetic and feasible solutions to individuals' studyrelated challenges, that are within the constraints of regulations.
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal skills to demonstrate how will you meet the demands of working in a complex HE environment and operate successfully across university and departmental boundaries.
  • You will be able to demonstrate experience of prioritising work and managing workloads successfully, including responding to unforeseen circumstances.
