We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who wishes to develop their career as part of a dynamic team.

Ideally, you will have experience in the refurbishment/planned maintenance sectors and will have a sound financial knowledge of frameworks, Schedules of Ratesand Contracts.


Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be part of a commercial team working closely with the Operations team to successfully deliver projects to the standards set for safety, time, quality, and cost.


About the role:

  • Preferably you will have experience in the refurbishment/planned maintenance/fire protection sectors and will have a sound financial knowledge of frameworks, schedules of rates and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Broad understanding of the construction industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good analytical, financial and numeracy skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Desire to help grow the business and to be a member of a dynamic team
  • A proactive team player

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
