Our client is in need of an interim matron to oversee a geographical patch of surgical settings within their network. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the sites. The perfect candidate will have a deep understanding of theatre and surgical environments within the healthcare sector.

• Required Skills:
• Qualified RGN or ODP
• Compassionate leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Solid knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)
• Experience in evaluating procedures and proposing refinements
