The Role:
As a Customer Success Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the account management team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for learners and customers. This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Being a primary point of contact, you'll need to deliver timely responses and adhere to established processes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Individuals (Learners) to join our programs
    • Responding to program inquiries and providing guidance
    • Updating progress on learner cohorts
    • Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth enrollment
  • Supporting Customers with administrative tasks
    • Preparing and managing contracts
    • Assisting customers with the Digital Apprenticeship Service
    • Updating customer information on the CRM system
  • Supporting the Account Management Team
    • Coordinating program sessions and managing student lists
    • Collaborating with product leads for seamless operations
