FRONT OF HOUSE & KITCHEN ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone who fits the following requirements**:

  • Must be able to work flexible hours**:Our opening hours are currently Monday & Thursday 5-9pm, Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 12-2pm & 4-9pm, Sunday 12-2pm & 4-9pm, Monday 5-9pm.

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential (training is provided)

Wage & working hours will depend on previous experience.

Kitchen Duties

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Help with meal preparation and boxing, organising orders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- An interest in the catering and hospitality industry

Front of House Duties

  • You must be efficient, energetic & fast paced
  • Great communication skills with both staff & customers
  • Hands on approach
  • Able to commute to our shop in Langley Moor, Durham.
  • Great customer service skills. Confident in taking telephone orders, greeting & serving customers
  • Show initiative in your work & able to work independently
  • Organisation skills. Arranging & preparing orders for collection / delivery
  • Quality focused. Show consistency and quality in your work and service.
  • Friendly and respectful attitude towards staff and cusomters.

Job Types:

Up to £10.42 per hour
