Our client is an award-winning specialist procurement and sourcing organization that supplies Industrial, Mechanical, and Electrical products worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Procurement Associate to join their Global Procurement team.

Key Features of the Role:

  • Sourcing items for customers from various suppliers and obtaining quotations and delivery information
  • Managing procurement processes, including contract negotiations and financial coordination
  • Researching contracts and tenders, particularly in sectors like health, education, IT, and emergency supplies
  • Communicating with international clients, sourcing suppliers, and enhancing commercial awareness
  • Utilizing Excel for various tasks such as quotes and invoices

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Sourcing or Procurement
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with e-sourcing tender software
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
