Role Information:


Working within our Employability Service Management Team, you will be responsible for the management and development of a number of our Employability Keyworkers.

You will supervise their case management and bring a proactive and solution-focused approach to increase the programme's ability to meet its targets.


You will build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and employers to generate referrals and employability opportunities for our customers.
