About the role
In your role as Pensions Support Analyst you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to be responsible for a specified range of analytical and support functions including producing routine Management Information and assisting key operational processes.
What you will be doing
As a trusted part of the Pensions Operations you will be responsible for:
Delivering Results
Managing Resources
Supporting Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager as required in ensuring team targets are met Protecting integrity of team's dataManaging Relationships
Contributing regularly at team meetings Being a key point of contact for queries on regular dashboards Maintaining strong working relations with USS colleaguesManaging Processes and Future Focus
Combining knowledge of available data, technical skill and awareness of key business functions and practices to develop MI to support operational activities As directed by Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager, using available data to identify opportunities for improvements, streamlined processes and efficiencies Contributing and supports projects and other non-processing events, as directed by Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager Creating and maintains work instructions for areas of responsibilityAbout you
