Provide the first point of contact for the CSNP Team advising on immediate care or referral for medical intervention, ensuring prompt and effective management of patient flow, including initiating appropriate transfers of identified patients.

Actively Lead the Capacity Meetings and any other meetings deputising for the Head of Patient Flow and Discharge as required.

Provide strong operational leadership and management to the CSNP and CSM, by the effective management of systems, processes, and people.
